No. Sending an enquiry does not hold a place or confirm a booking. No advance payment is required. We agree the itinerary, price and booking terms in writing; payment is due on arrival in Ölgii before the tour starts, using the method and currency agreed beforehand.

Do I need a visa for Mongolia?
Requirements depend on your nationality and travel dates. Check current visa, e-visa and passport-validity requirements with official Mongolian immigration sources before booking travel.
Is the food halal, and can you accommodate dietary needs?
Tell us your dietary requirements before booking so we can agree a workable plan. Spring Migration includes all tour meals, groceries and cooking. On Uujim–Yamaat, guests purchase groceries for their own group’s meals and our family cooks them; groceries are excluded and cooking is included.
